The Shell Shack is a seafood restaurant, which was launched during the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. When other restaurants closed, The Shell Shack remained open.
The Shell Shack, LLC, came to veJov intending to promote their new restaurant but was met with the challenge of navigating opening a business during COVID-19. Based in Maryland, this seafood restaurant needed to find a way to stand out amongst competitors.
Create a design that embodies fast and delicious Caribbean infused seafood. With a beautiful new logo that resonated well with The Shell Shack’s target audience, we also felt that the brand needed an excellent, captivating tagline:
Eat. Chill. Repeat.
Along with the fresh new design and tagline came the company’s newly born social media platform, which grew from 0 followers to 1,000 in just over a month.
With social media strategy, veJov didn’t just design the posts; we also researched the best times to post and boosted promotional ads when typically received well by users.
The Shell Shack showed a 150% increase in engagement, which yielded more business—a fantastic impact on the bottom line.
